Upon arrival at the academy a thorough assessment is made of each player’s strengths and weaknesses.  This assessment provides the basis of each players training programme at the academy.  Performance objectives are set that are continually reviewed as development occurs. Each player’s training programme provides ample opportunity for skills practice and development. Players will be batting, bowling, fielding or wicket keeping under the guidance of world renowned cricket professionals and top cricket coaches. On a one to one basis players will receive input followed by ample time to practice the new skills.

Digital Video Analysis

Digital video analysis is used to enable players to watch themselves in practise and match play situations. This is an excellent motivating tool which can be played repeatedly, frame by frame, enabling player and coach to analyse every detail of their performance.
