SOCIAL LIFE

A key part of any Sport Lived programme is the opportunity to have fun playing your favourite sport overseas.  As well as working hard at your game, Sport Lived organises various social events throughout the programme to ensure that you have as much fun as possible whilst in Brisbane.  Trips and activities include watching Super 14, NRL and International rugby matches at Suncorp Stadium, BBQs, Golf Days, and surfing on the Gold Coast.

Brisbane’s location also offers fantastic opportunities for travel and sightseeing either before or at the end of the programme.  Just south lies the 32km stretch of coastline known as the Gold Coast which includes the party capital of Surfers Paradise.  North of the city is the world heritage site of Fraser Island and further north towards Cairns lie the stop-off points for the magnificent Whit Sunday Islands where boat tours offer the most amazing views of the Great Barrier Reef.
